Service Description

To ensure every bride receives a personalized and exceptional experience, all custom bridal gown orders begin with a private consultation. A non-refundable consultation fee of $100 is required at the time of booking and will secure your appointment. Consultations for 2027 custom bridal gowns must be scheduled by August 31, 2026. Payment plan options are available and will be discussed during your consultation. During Your Consultation, We Will: -Review the custom design process, policies, and timeline expectations -Discuss your vision, inspiration, and gown details in depth -Take professional measurements -Review fabric, embellishment, and customization options -Provide preliminary pricing information -Schedule future fitting appointments and final pickup dates Limited Availability To maintain the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail, only 10 custom bridal gown commissions will be accepted for the 2027 season. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not confirmed until the consultation fee has been received.
